Glovo App recently added the possibility to grocery shop through their app


Objective


Position Glovo Supermarket (in Barcelona) as the convenience store in your neighborhood and improve the shopping experience

*** All of them are associated with an existing supermarket that the customer already knows (Whole Foods, Target, The supermarket in your neighborhood)

Current Situation


How can we do it?

We are first going to see what is the user journey of two standard user’s and see how they’re feeling.

Key improvements needed:


1) Decide if we are a Supermarket (all assortment with schedule) a convenience store (limited assortment 24/7) or Supermarket 24/7 (all assortment 24/7).

**Why? It is not the same in the mind of the consumer and right now it is diffuse. You call yourself a supermarket but you don't offer everything a supermarket offers.

2) Communicate about the 24-hour service at the Glovo Market.

** How? Join an event to communicate this service (Example: End of the Year Grapes Campaign! (Nobody will forget them and neither will you) / Roscón de Reyes / Chocolate in San Valentin ... etc)
